RETURNS POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, this allows you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to the nature of skincare products, we request the product to be unopened and unused.
On occasion and with genuine reason we may accept the return of partially used or opened products, this will be with discretion and upon supply of photographs where appropriate. If this does occur, your feedback will prove invaluable to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Balms, butters, bath salts, oils that are used more than half way. Any used face flannels.
We are not able to accept returns on Gift Vouchers.
